Hello 🙂

My name is Olivia Pietrzak and I am a multimedia artist from Philadelphia, PA. I am also interested in illustration, graphic design, and animation too. I am currently a senior at NYU studying studio art.

In my paintings, prints, sculptures, and installations, I consider and explore value and time, often through figurative representation. I like to play with environments, especially domestic spaces. Ranging from both surreal to real, I create detailed figures, objects, narratives, and scenes of life to delve into the nuances of my complicated relationships and emotions, dealing with family, memory, self-image, and the complexities of gender roles and femininity. My practice blends personal expression with social critique.
